Directions to Glenmore Country Club (GCC)
From North of Charlottesville
From South of Charlottesville
From Charlottesville or West of Charlottesville, using Rt. 250 East
From Charlottesville or West of Charlottesville, using Interstate 64 East
From North of Charlottesville follow Route 29 South to the Route 250 East Bypass (to Richmond). Follow Rt. 250 East to the Interstate 64 interchange. Continue on Route 250 East for an additional 3 miles past the Interstate 64 interchange and a sign to Glenmore can be seen on the right. Turn right onto Glenmore Way and then right onto Piper Way. STOP at the Gatehouse and give name and function. Continue on Piper Way for approximately 1.3 miles and the Clubhouse and parking lot will be on the right. The pool is to the right of the Clubhouse. From South of Charlottesville turn onto Interstate 64 East and go to the Shadwell exit. Turn right onto Route 250 East and continue on Route 250 East for an additional 3 miles and a sign to Glenmore can be seen on the right. Turn right onto Glenmore Way and then right onto Piper Way. STOP at the Gatehouse and give name and function. Continue on Piper Way for approximately 1.3 miles and the Clubhouse and parking lot will be on the right. The pool is to the right of the Clubhouse. Pool Rules: Baby pool and diving area are closed during swim meets. Club facilities (other than pool and deck) are also off limits during swim meets. Parking is allowed in parking area beside pool and along main road only if needed.
