Software Training 2011

The JSL Board has also made it mandatory for all JSL computer operators to be trained and certified prior to the 2010 swim season.

Important: All JSL swim teams must have their computer operators either

• Attend one of the available computer training sessions and demonstrate competency in using the applicable software

or

• Obtain prior certification from the JSL Software Consultant

Note: If you do not secure prior certification, you are required to attend one of the training sessions.

2010 JSL Certified Computer Operators (None at This Time)

For your convenience, training sessions for all JSL Swim Team Computer Operators have been scheduled as follows:

• Saturday, May 7^th, 2011 at the Charlottesville Catholic School*

  • Meet Manager 4.0 -- 2:00 to 4:00 PM

  • Team Manager -- 4:00 to 6:00 PM

• Saturday, May 15^th, 2011 at the Glenmore Country Club

• Team Manager -- 2:00 to 4:00 PM

• Meet Manager -- 4:00 to 6:00 PM

You can attend training for either Team Manager or Meet Manager or both. Each swim team must have at least one computer operator certified for Team Manager & Meet Manager.

Please remember to bring your team's computer and a pre-formatted floppy disk or (preferred) USB storage device.

In addition, the 2008 JSL Computer User's Manual (latest version for Team Manager and Meet Manager software) is available for downloading and/or viewing & printing: Flash or PDF format.
