REQUIRED COACHES/MEET DIRECTORS ORIENTATION:
This is a required meeting for all Head Coaches and Meet Directors EXCEPT those who have served in the same position for the previous two consecutive seasons. Those who are exempt and are not attending must email Bob Garland to request an information packet containing changes for this season.
Sunday, June 5th, 2011 at 7:00 PM (SHARP) - in the Charlottesville Catholic School*
The meeting lasts about 2 hours. and assistant coaches and meet directors are encouraged to attend. Those who are exempt are also welcomed to attend.
DIRECTIONS - Charlottesville Catholic School is at 1205 Pen Park Road
Get yourself to Rio Rd and turn at the light onto Pen Park Rd. The entrance to the school is the first right. Take the first right into the parking lot and go all the way to the end of the lot where you will encounter a gravel/dirt road. Follow this road around to the back of the school. The cafeteria is the glassed-front room on ground level.
